He tested the machines we had ready and within an hour I’d had the certificates emailed over for the 2 priority ones. The remainder of the certificates came through the very next morning

My only suggestion would be to call / text / email the day before to confirm the appointment. This may not be relevant to others but as I booked two or three weeks ahead, it would have been appreciated.
